G-free egg noodles

2 c gfree all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
3 lg egg yolks
1 lg egg
1/2 c water

Mix. Divide into 4 parts. Roll out dough on floured surface and cut into strips. Let dry 30 minutes. Add to boiling water and boil 5-7 minutes.

These noodles worked beautifully in chicken noodle soup and beef and noodles...YUM!
